Trying something different here at RCCS! Setting up studio days for traveling duos while making checkout simple has been a bit of a challenge. I think the easiest solution is to have you reserve your studio time slots here and then handle model payments directly with them. So this checkout is only for reserving your studio time with Marie, Nikki, or both!

Excited to have the multi-talented Marie Brooks back at RCCS! She’s one of those models who can truly do just about anything you need with ease and incredible skill. Easily one of the most versatile models in the industry.
This will be Nikki Bay’s first visit to RCCS, and I’m very excited to have her here. Looking through her work, she has a captivating style and presence that really catches the viewer’s eye.
This studio fee gives you full access to both studios, outdoor shooting areas, and Greg’s assistance is included as well.
Their available genres include fashion, swimwear, boudoir, and up to artistic nude. More open posing options may be available and can be discussed directly with the model, with any additional fees paid to them directly.
Please be sure to communicate with the model if you intend to shoot video. Not all models offer video sessions, and there may be additional costs involved.

2400 sqft total space; 13 ft ceilings
Two-stories of shooting space. (1) main shooting area lined with many backdrops and 6 paper rolls all hung and ready to go & lounge area; (2) upstairs features 2 flexible boudoir spaces. Beds can be moved for non-boudoir.
Aerial rigging point (+ gym mats, aerial cage, silks, yoga hammock, swing)
Reflection pool (with $50 setup fee and advanced notice)
Private model area for changing with use of wardrobe, makeup, props, etc upstairs
Multiple props including 2 full-size beds, various chairs, benches, fabrics, professional fog machine, fake flowers, holiday themed items and more
2 over-sized garage doors makes it easier for loading in large props (motorcycles welcome!) or for wheelchair access (downstairs only)
Outdoor shooting available (clothed only) around the main studio building from boat ramp to gazebo. (no skimpy outfits)
Master bedroom suite with luxury bathroom.
Queen size bed setup, table & chairs, desk & decor, fireplace, large sliding glass doors and deck makeup the main space. Walls are white, blue & brick.
Bathroom includes a large jetted tub, brick wall, glass shower panel.
Large walk-in closet features coffee station, lighting equipment and other bedding options.
The wrap-around deck overlooks the waterfront.
Outdoor shower (with $20 setup fee and advanced notice)
Outdoor shooting available (including artistic nude) on deck, along the creek to a point (where the road can be seen), and in the backyard. If shooting outdoor artistic nudes the model must be able to cover up for boats or any other unexpected reason.
Full use of both studios and the whole property, same rules apply as listed on A & B.
